Your chef Jethro has a simple and friendly approach to exploring global cuisines and enjoys cooking recipes that are down to earth and fun.
Today he’ll be showing you how to make okonomiyaki, a delicious Japanese savoury pancake featuring lots of tasty ingredients including prawns and ginger, and finished with a traditional sauce.
